| James Ottaway |
Biography
James made his debut from the juniors in 1997, playing regularly in the 2XI until 2002 when Saturday work comittments resulted in his unavailability. A lack of practice left him struggling for form in 2004 until the visit to East Harlsey where he scored a run a ball century in a partnership of 152 with Richard Jackson. This was the second time a father & son have both scored centuries for the club, (Father, Phil, scored 6 centuries) after Ron and Mike Shuttleworth. During the 2006 season James became the fifth player to score 1,000 runs for the friendly side. |
