Biography
Phil started playing for the club in friendly games in 2001 alongside son George, coaching the Juniors at the Club. Played league cricket at Benwell and Walbottle until end of the 2003 season moving to Ponteland at the start of 2004. Played a friendly at Ulgham in 2006 with both sons, George and Robert
Equalled the 2XI record for catches in a single game with 4 in the game away to Alnwick in 2009, season ended early breaking a finger taking a catch. |
