Biography
Phil debuted in 1998, becoming the fifth member of the Barlow family to play for the Club. Took over as Friendly Team Captain between 2002 and 2004. Work commitments restrict his appearances. Despite being primarily a batsman he took a career best 4-22 in a Friendly against Ovingham on 29th July 2007 then on 2nd August took 7-36 against Backworth, the 7th best figures for the Midweek side and the second best with a bowling restriction. The performance saw him win the Tom Barlow Midweek Trophy.
