Tommy Oliver |
Biography Tommy first played for the Club in 1977. The majority of his appearances were in the Midweek and Friendly sides which he captained as he played Saturdays in the West Tyne league. Played some league cricket in Ponteland's sides in the late 1990s and had his best season with the ball for the Club in the 2001 friendly season, recording figures of 6-10 in the match against Kings School. Played his final game on his 70th birthday in the Midweek side against South North in 2002. |
