He won the Stan Seymour League Batsman award for that season. In 1991 between the 11th May and the 25th May over 3 consecutive league games Brett and Andy Morgan registered partnerships of 214*, 111* and 63, a total of 388 runs before either player was dismissed. In a 1XI Cup match during the same period they also had a further partnership of 23* making it 413 runs in all games before there partnerships were broken. |
